The staff seemed responsive. They addressed my requests adequately.
The 'beautiful king room' looked worn. The carpet had noticeable stains. the complimentary breakfast lacked variety. The pastries tasted stale, also the coffee was weak.

I found the hotel's proximity to theaters very convenient. subway lines were close. the evening wine reception with snacks was such a nice touch. breakfast had convenient options. I could grab coffee and juice quickly before going out!
The pillows were not great. They felt a bit lumpy and uncomfortable!

my room had ample space, perfect for my needs! it included two separate sinks. the shower featured a rainfall shower head, so refreshing. i found it very clean.

The location is close to many attractions, like Times Square. The hotel offers nearby parking. The king suite had a sleeper sofa. The room felt nice and modern. I expect I will return next year.
The hotel did not provide electronic charger ports in the room! Ice was only available in the basement, i found that inconvenient. The tv was also too small for my liking.

I appreciated the central location near amenities (it was very easy to get around). The staff were cute and helpful . The continental breakfast was included.
The closet space was somewhat limited, making it slightly challenging to hang all my clothes.
